If you think a wall can hide conversations, think again. Walls, including all other objects, are capable of hearing. Historic stories warn us that walls have ears, and despite this may seem similar to a legend, the reality is quite alarming.

When Innocence Fades

The world once held/presented itself as/appeared to be a canvas prison of dreams, where each day was a new adventure/discovery/experience. But the passage of time, like a relentless tide, can wash away/erode/steal that naivete.
